Founded by Dave Kerr, Watt Works is a dynamic consulting, training and coaching company that helps individuals and organisations achieve sustainable performance improvement. Much of the work of the Watt Works team uses NLP and systems thinking approaches and Dave and Damian Hamill did their NLP Trainer certification together.

Gavin Murphy is a highly experienced coach, counsellor and hypnotherapist, running clinics in a number of locations in Northern Ireland. Gavin is also a qualified teacher specialising in supporting those with special needs. He teaches vocational courses in clinical hypnosis with Damian Hamill.

Tara Dominick has a extensive background in empowering others. Originally an actress, she moved into teaching drama, working particularly with those with special needs. Her work in teaching dyslexic children and adults to read was honoured with a Millenium Award.

Tara took her interest in personal change further and is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP and an experienced hypnotherapist. She sees clients at clinics on the South Coast and in London.

Andy Oldfield is an experienced hypnotherapist, coach and complimentary therapist practicing primarily in Cornwall.

Andy combines his skills in hypnosis, NLP and coaching to create powerful outcomes for his clients. As a writer, Andy has a particular interest in therapeutic storytelling and he is also trained in energy therapies and massage.
